Our Rental program at Westraynham Park is now firmly established with Kipton woods two & three bedroom properties proving to be extremely popular. We are delighted to announce that we now have over 100 happy families living here.

Due to overwhelming demand we will be releasing our final phase of three bedroom properties soon, So if you fancy a change in life style and wish to live in a peaceful environment call us to make an appointment and avoided disappointment.

We are delighted to announce that our onsite store Kipton Stores has been refurbished and is now open for business.

The store is now a family run business serving the community as a general store and incorporating a great café.
Please stop by for a cup of tea and a bite to eat and have a look around the new store.

WEST RAYNHAM PARK SQUASH COURTS ARE NOW OPEN!

Residents at West Raynham Park are now getting super fit on the squash courts! Members of the public are also welcome play.

Joining Fees

Annual Joining Fee £20.00 for seniors and £5.00 for juniors.

No joining fee will apply to residents at West Raynham Park, a FREE subscription will apply until 31st January 2010

TIME TO CELEBRATE - We now proud to announce that we have 50 families living at West Raynham Park. It is therefore time to celebrate, there is going to be a summer BBQ held for everyone, close to the school summer holidays. The community notice board is due to be displayed outside at any time now, we will announce further details here so that everyone will have the opportunity to be involved.

BBC VILLAGE SOS - We are applying to Village SOS, a Big Lottery funded community programme, providing villages with the opportunity to apply to be on a BBC television series in winter 2010. The idea is to apply for funding to refurbish and host a wide range of activities in the Arts Base. We will need a number of dedicated local people to be involved in representing the community as part of the group that will work together to drive this project forwards! An open community meeting is to be arranged for July 2009.

TENNIS - The tennis courts are open...the trainers and racquets are out...and people are playing! Please let us know if you are interested in any matches, we have had invitations from local clubs to get involved in some friendly games.

CONGRATULATIONS - Congratulations to Dave and Jess on the birth of their beautiful little boy William.

CHANCE OF A LIFETIME SCHEME - This ‘let to buy’ scheme has continued to be immensely popular with many of our buyers. Introduction. Welcome to our first news letter. What a month it’s been!! We have seen huge progress on the preparation of homes at Kipton Wood and look forward to our first buyers moving in over the next few weeks. Our Show Home complex at Kipton Orchard is now ready to receive visitors and the first phase of 3 & 4 bedroom homes on this exciting development is available NOW!! The site looks fantastic!! If you haven’t been to visit, come and see us as soon as you can, it really is a picture. To summarise all that has taken place over recent weeks ……

NEW BROCHURES. Our new brochures for Kipton Wood and Kipton Orchard arrived last week. If you have not received your copy yet, please fill in your information on the appropriate web page and we will get your brochure to you.

TENNIS COURTS. We are pleased to announce that 2 tennis courts have been re-surfaced with new nets and they are ready for play!! In fact we have a tennis tournament at the end of July …Photos of our winners to follow in our next news update!!

SQUASH COURTS. The 2 squash courts we have are currently being prepared and will be open for play by the end of the month!

CHANCE OF A LIFETIME SCHEME. We understand how hard the market has become over recent months. First time buyers are having difficulties obtaining mortgages, so we have devised a scheme where our buyers at Kipton Wood can rent their chosen property for a period of 12 months, with an option to buy after this period and then use every penny they have spent on rent, to use as a deposit!!!, here’s how it works.
